Designing Si Bella

Designing Si Bella

It was around two summers ago when I was working my first retail job that I noticed how truly happy clothes made people—how a smile would suddenly turn into laughs as they read that shirt or held up that sweater. Clothes brought people as much joy as they brought me! Now, of course, this wasn't my store that I worked at at the time—so I began to do my research.

Not long after, I started my own boutique. I carefully selected pieces that I thought people would love, curating collections that matched my style and vision. It was exciting to see my first customers, to package orders, and to watch my brand come to life. But something was missing. Even though I loved running the boutique, the clothes weren’t mine. They were designs from other brands, not something I had created from scratch.

That’s when I realized I wanted more than just selling clothes—I wanted to design them. I wanted to build something that truly reflected my creativity, something that people would associate with me. That’s when the idea for Si-Bellkinis was born.

I knew I wanted to create swimwear—bikinis that weren’t just stylish but unique, high-quality, and designed with intention. I started sketching, researching manufacturers, and learning everything I could about turning my designs into reality. I wanted Si-Bella to have pieces that felt special, with flattering, signature silhouettes and playful, eye-catching patterns—kind of like different flavors of lip gloss: the same base but each with its own twist.

Now, Si-Bella is no longer just an idea. It’s a certified business with carefully crafted designs, a growing vision, and a launch on the horizon. Every step—from my first boutique to now—has been a learning experience, and I can’t wait to share Si-Bella with the world. Because this time, it’s truly mine.
